Totally unique, fabulous top. There is no label to indicate maker only the fabric content tag. 100% polyester, looks and feels like silk. Hand wash. Back zip. Low cut. The peplum is quilted, folded and pleated. The beautiful sleeves are tucked and tacked to look like full ruffles. It looks couture to me. Size S. It measures 21" long in front and 24 1/2" in the back. Laying flat seam to seam it's 16" across under the arms, 13" at the band under the bust. Shown in a couple of the photos with Y necklaces and with a belt. Beautiful condition. I ship same or next business day.
