Hard to find, rare, retired, Y2K No Boundaries bell sleeved top with buttons that go all the way up. This is a very flattering blouse in a large size which can be harder to find in one piece since large is a common size. The ends of the sleeves flare out for a groovy frilly look. There’s little holographic circle sequins all around the blouse front and back. In the light they glimmer all different colors of the rainbow for a magical experience. If you’re reliving your Y2K years this would be a perfect edition to your closet. You can leave the bottom half open and unbuttoned for the ultimate look to your closet.
